Goodbye Dundee

It is with a sad and heavy heart that we bid farewell to our loving friend, Dundee. Dundee was the patriarch of our equestrian therapeutic riding horses here at SERT. Dundee came to us on February 14th, 2004, the best Valentine’s Day present anyone could ask for.

Our horses provide children and adults with special needs the ability to practice skills needed to face fears, communicate feelings, and access strengths. Riders excel at adaptive games from atop SERT's gentle giants, where learning becomes fun!

2015 Pledge Ride Thanks

Special Equestrian Riding Therapy offers a heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated in the 2015 Annual Pledge Ride Challenge. Riders received a Participant SERTificate, medal, and trophy.

Money raised replenished the Jenise Ferber Equine Medical Fund. This Fund is used to maintain the high quality of medical care that the seven SERT horses deserve.

It’s not too late to donate. If you missed the opportunity to donate during the Pledge Ride Challenge, donations can be made on the Pledge Ride page
